Crespine Gel is an intra-articular gel implant of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, manufactured in Germany and CE marked as a Class III medical device. The intended purpose covers Osteoarthritis of knee or hip.

Three peer-reviewed studies have been published, covering up to twelve months of follow-up. None of them had a control or placebo group, so they describe the course after treatment rather than the causal contribution of the product.
